SPINACH SALAD 
SALAD:

1 lb. spinach, washed & torn
8 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
1 sweet red onion
Mushrooms (opt.)
Water chestnuts, drained
Croutons
Bean sprouts

DRESSING:

3/4 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1/3 c. catsup
1 tbsp. grated onion
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash salt

Mix the dressing in a blender and refrigerate overnight. Pour over salad ingredients. Do not pour on the dressing until ready to serve.
