MEXICAN CHICKEN 
1 chicken cooked, deboned and drained
1 cup chicken broth
1 grated onion
1 bag Doritos
1 can rotel
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 lb. grated cheddar cheese or 1 lb. sliced Velveeta cheese

Sauté onion in small amount of butter. Add broth, rotel and soups. Mix well.

Layer in oblong pan the Doritos, chicken, sauce and cheese. Repeat layers.

Bake at 350°F about 30 minutes.
