SPICED OAT COOKIES 
1 c. unsweetened applesauce
1/2 c. brown sugar substitute
1/2 c. fructose
2 c. cake flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2/3 c. sour nonfat milk
1 c. raisins or chopped dates
1 env. Butter Buds, dry
1/2 c. no sugar syrup
2 egg replacers, beaten in water
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 1/2 c. rolled oats
1 c. chopped nuts

Beat applesauce, brown sugar, syrup, fructose, and eggs together. Add dry ingredients alternately with milk. Blend in raisins and nuts. Drop by teaspoon onto Pam-sprayed cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Makes 64 cookies.

Sweet milk may be used instead of sour milk and soda omitted.
