OVEN BARBEQUED SPARERIBS 
12-14 country style spareribs
4 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. ketchup
1 tbsp. vinegar
Tabasco, shake to taste

Brown spareribs well under broiler (both sides). Drain on paper towels. Put into baking pan. Cover good with sauce. Cover pan with aluminum foil. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Remove foil 5 minutes before ready and broil until sauce bubbles.

Sauce: Melt butter in small pan. Add mustard. Stir until smooth. Add sugar, ketchup, vinegar and Tabasco. Blend well. Simmer 5 minutes.

Tastes great with orange juice rice. Using Minute Rice substitute orange juice and 2 tablespoons butter for water.
