COTTAGE CHEESE PIE 
Put 3 tablespoons of butter in a skillet, and in it saute:

A sm. can of mushroom bits and pieces
A sm. green pepper, chopped
A sm. zucchini, grated on the coarse blade

When these things are soft, add:

A c. of cooked ham, chopped fine

Saute it all for another couple of minutes.

Now just barely cook:

1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach

Meanwhile, mix:

1 lb. cottage cheese, the excess liquid pressed out
1 c. grated Mozzarella
3 eggs, slightly beaten
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 1/2 tsp. crushed dill seed (optional)
Salt and pepper

Add the ham-vegetable mixture along with the spinach, well drained. Pour it all into a 9 or 10 inch pie plate, sprinkle a little melted butter on top, and bake at 350 degrees until a knife plunged into the middle comes out clean as can be, which should be about 45 minutes.
