CORNELL BARBECUE SAUCE 
1 c. oil
2 c. cider vinegar
1 egg
3 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. poultry seasoning
1 tsp. pepper

Beat egg; add oil and beat again. Stir in vinegar and seasoning. Par boil chicken for 20 minutes, marinate in sauce (preferably overnight). Place on grill and barbecue until heated through.
