RICE CASSEROLE 
1 c. raw rice
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can beef broth
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can onion soup
1 sm. can mushrooms and juice
1 stick butter, cut up

Mix all together in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cover and bake on hour at 350 degrees. (Or bake in microwave 1/2 hour on high, stir a couple of times.)

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
