MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE 
1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1/2 c. powdered cocoa
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Dash of salt
4 beaten eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 sm. bag miniature marshmallows or 1 jar marshmallow creme

Melt butter and pour into large mixing bowl. Sift together dry ingredients and add to butter, along with chopped pecans. Blend in eggs and vanilla; mix well. Pour batter into a greased and floured 10 x 14 inch pan and bake for 25 minutes in 350 degree oven. Remove cake from oven and, while hot, sprinkle marshmallows on cake or spread with marshmallow creme (which ever one you use).
