BROCCOLI-RICE CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
8 oz. jar Cheez Whiz
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. uncooked Minute Rice
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 - 3/4 c. chopped onions
1/2 stick butter

Brown onions and celery together before adding to all the other ingredients. Mix well. Bake, uncovered in a 350 degree oven until casserole bubbles and is slightly brown, about 30 minutes.

If you are not counting calories, add a topping of buttered crumbs or French fried onions. Serves 6.

When doubling or tripling the recipe for a large crowd, I use some cream of celery soup in place of some of the mushroom soup.
