EASTER EGGS 
1/4 lb. butter, melted
1/2 c. mashed potatoes (hot)
2 (1 lb.) boxes confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients together and chill about 1 hour. Shape into eggs. Dip eggs into a mixture of 4 or 5 square semi-sweet chocolate and 4 tablespoons melted paraffin wax. May add coconut, fruit, and nuts. Makes great Easter gifts.
