STUFFED CHEEZY CHICKEN 
1 box chicken stuffing mix
6 large boneless chicken breasts (skinless)
12 slices pepper Jack cheese
butter flavored Pam

Prepare stuffing as on box and set aside. Cut pockets in chicken breasts. Spray baking dish (9 x 13) with Pam. Stuff mixture into chicken pockets. Place into dish. Top with 2 slices of cheese per breast.

Bake at 350°F for 20 to 30 minutes.

You may use any type of cheese you want instead of pepper Jack.
