4 tbsp. butter
1 pkg. cream cheese, 8 oz.
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg
Vanilla wafers
Pie filling, any flavor

Mix butter, cream cheese, lemon juice, vanilla, sugar and egg. Put a wafer in paper cupcake fillers and dub with a little butter. Spoon mix on wafer filling 1/2 full. Bake 375 degrees 15 minutes. Spoon top of pie filling on top.
