STRAWBERRY CHEESE PIE 
CRUST:

1/4 c. butter
1 pkg. graham crackers
1 tbsp. sugar

Smash crackers into crumbs. Put in pan and pour sugar on the crackers. Then pour melted butter on it. Mix together and form crust around pan.

PIE:

1 (14 oz.) can Eagle brand sweetened can condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
1/3 c. lemon juice (fresh or bottled, not lemon extract)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (at room temperature)

TOPPING:

Fresh cut up strawberries

Let cream cheese stand at room temperature until softened. In a medium sized mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Beat in sweetened condensed milk. Add lemon juice and stir until well mixed. Pour filling into crust. Chill several hours, when ready to eat, put fresh cut strawberries on it.
