ST. PAUL'S RICE 
1 lb. sausage
4 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. UNCLE BEN'S® Converted Rice
2 pkgs. Lipton Chicken Noodle Soup (dry)
1 bell pepper
1 c. celery
1 lg. onion

Fry sausage and drain well. Bring water to a boil and add rice and soup mix. Boil 7 minutes. Add pepper, celery and onion. Spoon in sausage. Put in buttered baking dish. Sprinkle with slivered almonds and paprika. Bake one hour at 350 degrees uncovered.
