DEEP DISH FRESH PEACH PIE 
5 c. peeled, sliced peaches
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. butter
1 pkg. ready to bake refrigerator cookie dough

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Gently mix peaches, flour, sugar and cinnamon. Put into 8"x8"x2" deep baking pan or dish. Cut butter into small pieces over top of peaches. Arrange 1/4" slices of cookie dough in rows over top of peaches. Bake 1 hour or so. Cool 2 hours before serving. Top with ice cream or whipped cream. Or serve cream separately.
