ENGLISH PEA CASSEROLE 
2 cans small English peas
1 tbsp. butter
1 (6 oz.) pimento, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cheddar cheese or 1 c. grated
2 boiled eggs, chopped

Heat English peas and butter, drain. Mix all ingredients and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
