2 cans Leseuer peas
2 cans Shoe Peg corn
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
Sm. jar pimento, chopped
2 bunches green onion, chopped

Drain peas and corn, combine all of above.

Marinade:

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. white vinegar
1/4 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. water

Marinate overnight.
