ENGLISH PEA SALAD 
Chill bowl. Fry 1 pound bacon, cool then crumble bacon. Boil 6 eggs, cool then slice. Chop 1 bunch green onions (tops and all).

Mix dressing: 1 c. mayonnaise 1 tsp. salad seasoning 1 c. water chestnuts

Thaw 1 (10 oz.) bag frozen English peas, enough to crumble, 1/2 pound mild cheddar cheese, cubed. Stir all together and chill overnight.
