PRETZELS 
1 pkg. yeast
4 c. flour
2 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. lukewarm water
1 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
Kosher salt

Dissolve yeast in water. In a mixing bowl, combine lour, sugar and yeast. Knead the dough and roll into snake lengths. Twist the snakes into any shape desired. Mix the egg and 1 teaspoon salt together and brush onto the pretzels, then sprinkle with the kosher salt. Bake on a greased cookie sheet at 325 degrees for 15-18 minutes.
