BROCCOFLOWER-WALNUT STIR-FRY | |
2 tbsp. oil (sesame or salad) 1/2 c. walnuts, coarsely chopped 4 c. broccoflower florets 2 tbsp. soy sauce 2 tbsp. chopped red bell pepper (optional) Heat skillet or wok and add oil. Add walnuts and saute 1 minute over very low heat. Add broccoflowerets over medium heat; toss frequently until tender and crisp, 4-5 minutes. Add soy sauce and cook 1 minute more. Serve at once with pepper garnish. |
