VEG - ALL CASSEROLE 
1 can Veg-All (chopped size 29 oz.) or 2 cans size 16 oz.
1 med. onion, chopped fine
1 can water chestnuts, chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. grated cheese
3/4 c. bread crumbs
4 tbsp. butter

Mix all ingredients. Spread in casserole dish. Top with bread crumbs and melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown.
