1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter
3 eggs
8 oz. cream cheese
1 box confectioners' sugar

Mix together the cake mix with butter and 1 egg. Pat it with you hand in the bottom of a 13 x 9 inch pan. Let cream cheese soften, mix with 2 eggs. Add a box of confectioners' sugar. Pour on top of cake mixture. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 40 minutes.
