EGG BAKE 
1 lb. bacon, fried and diced (you may use ham or sausage)
5 slices bread
8 eggs
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
3/4 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Cut bread into 1 inch cubes. Layer bread, cheese and bacon. Mix rest of ingredients. Pour over layers. Let stand in refrigerator over night. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour in a 9 x 13 inch pan.
