"HOMEMADE" SWEETENED CONDENSED
MILK
 
In a blender or food processor combine:

1 c. instant nonfat dry milk
2/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. boiling water
3 tbsp. melted butter

Blend until smooth. Store in refrigerator until ready to use. (Yield: 14 ounces.) An economical way to make condensed milk for baking in large quantities.
