“SESAME DRESSING” IS IN:
NEXT RECIPE:  SHRIMP SALAD

SESAME DRESSING 
1 cup peanut oil
1 cup rice vinegar
1/2 cup soy sauce
3 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. peanut butter
2 tsp. freshly grated ginger
1 large scallion, minced
2 T. plus 2 tsp. sugar
2 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. toasted sesame oil
pinch freshly ground pepper

Whisk together all ingredients or pulse in a blender. If using a blender, there is no need to grate the ginger or mince the scallion (green onion) in advance; just peel the ginger and remove the roots of the scallion.

Use this dressing with chicken or serve over Oriental vegetables.
