HOLIDAY BRUNCH 
16 slices white sandwich bread
8 slices ham
8 slices sharp Cheddar cheese
6 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. minced onion
1/4 c. minced green pepper
1-2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 c. whole milk
Dash of hot sauce
1/2 c. butter
Crushed corn flakes

In a 9x13 inch buttered glass baking dish, put 8 slices of bread. Cover bread with slices of ham. Lay cheese slices on top and cover with slices of bread to make a sandwich.

In a bowl, beat eggs with remaining ingredients except butter and corn flakes. Pour over sandwiches. Cover with foil and let stand in refrigerator overnight.

In the morning, melt butter, pour over top. Cover with crushed corn flakes. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
