CHILI BAKE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
6 oz. corn chips (Fritos)
6 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 (15 oz.) can drained pinto beans
1 (10 oz.) can enchilada sauce
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce

Favorite spices

Brown beef with spices and drain. Stir in drained pinto beans, enchilada sauce, tomato sauce, onion and 1 cup cheese.

Set aside 1 cup chips, coarsely crush remaining chips. Stir crushed chips into meat mixture. Turn into 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.

Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Spoon sour cream over top and sprinkle with chips and remaining cheese. Bake uncovered 2 to 3 minutes longer. Serves approximately 6.
