CHICKEN WITH MUSHROOM SAUCE 
2 1/2-3 lb. broiler fryer chicken, cut up
10 3/4 oz. can condensed golden mushroom soup
1/4 c. sherry
8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Arrange chicken pieces in 12 x 8 inch baking dish, skin side up with meatiest portions toward outside of dish. Cover with waxed paper. Microwave full power 10 minutes. Turn pieces over. Drain. Mix soup, sherry, mushrooms, salt and pepper. Pour over chicken.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
