BLUEBERRY BUCKLE 
1/2 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. milk
4 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
4 c. blueberries, fresh or frozen (if using frozen berries, do not thaw)

Mix together shortening, sugar, and eggs; stir in milk. Sift flour, baking powder, and salt together and add to egg and milk mixture. Carefully blend in blueberries. Put in 9 x 13 inch pan.

CRUMB MIXTURE:

1 c. sugar
2/3 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. soft butter

Top batter with crumb mixture. Bake 45-50 minutes at 375 degrees.
