PEANUT BUTTER BREAD PUDDING | |
6 slices white bread 1/3 c. peanut butter 1/2 c. raisins 2 eggs, slightly beaten 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 c. light brown sugar, firmly packed 2 c. milk Spread peanut butter on bread. Cut into 1/2 inch cubes. Put raisins and bread cubes into a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Combine eggs, salt, brown sugar, and milk. Pour over bread in casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve warm with whipped cream. |
