SICILIAN STEAK 
1 thin round steak
Seasoned bread crumbs
Parmesan cheese
Fresh parsley
Salt & pepper
Olive oil or beaten eggs

Remove fat, cut into pieces and tenderize it. To broil: Use olive oil, dip each piece with bread crumbs, cheese, parsley, basil. Broil on cookie sheet until brown. Sprinkle with some water. To fry: Dip in beaten eggs, salt and pepper.
