8 c. Betty Crocker potato buds 6 1/2 c. boiling water 3/4 c. butter 1 c. whipping cream 1 tbsp. salt 4 c. flour Mix potatoes, boiling water, butter, cream and salt. Let stand until cool. Add flour. Work small amount of flour into each piece and roll thin on floured board. Bake in lefse grill. Makes about 30 rounds. |
