8 c. mashed potatoes 1/2 c. whipping cream (not whipped) 8 tbsp. butter (heaping) 1 tbsp. salt 4 c. flour (scant) Add cream, butter, and salt to hot mashed potatoes. Let cool, and then add the flour. Form into rolls and cut small portions to roll. Bake on grill. Turn just once, and cool on a rack. These freeze well. |
