BANNOFFE PIE 
TOPPING:

1 can condensed milk
2 med. bananas
1/2 pt. heavy whipping cream

BASE:

1 graham cracker base OR -
8 oz. graham crackers, crushed with 2 oz. butter

1. Simmer sealed can of condensed milk in pan of water for 3 hours - do not let pan boil dry.

2. Base: Melt 2 ounces butter. Crush graham crackers and mix in butter. Place in 8 inch pie dish.

3. Pour "boiled condensed milk" (toffee) over base.

4. Slice bananas over toffee.

5. Whip cream until stiff and stands in peaks.

6. Cover bananas with cream. Chill and serve.
