BROWN COW 
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
2 (12 oz.) cans root beer

Put the ice cream in a bowl and add about 1 cup of the root beer, beat with a whisk or rotary egg beater until smooth. Divide this into the glass and stir just enough to mix. Serve with straws, but it takes a spoon to finish what's left at the bottom of the glass. Serves 4.
