INDIVIDUAL CHEESE CAKES 
1 1/4 c. graham cracker crust
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

FILLING:

2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat together in electric mixer until smooth.

Place paper baking cups in regular muffin pans; put 1 teaspoon or 1 1/2 teaspoons of graham cracker crust in bottom of each baking cup; top with cheese filling to 3/4 full.

Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until done. Chill; then top with fruits of the season: strawberries, blueberries, cherries, etc.
