EGGS JARDINIERE 
2 tbsp. butter
6 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. green onion slices
Dash of pepper
6 crisply cooked bacon slices, crumbled
1/4 lb. Velveeta pasteurized process cheese spread, cubed

Melt butter in 10 inch skillet or omelette pan over medium low heat. Add combined eggs, onions and pepper; top with bacon. Cook until eggs are set; remove from heat. Top with process cheese spread; broil until process cheese spread begins to melt. Cut into wedges to serve. 4 servings.
