RASPBERRY-CHEESE BREAKFAST BARS 
1 1/4 c. quick-cooking oats
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. flaked coconut
1 c. chopped nuts
3/4 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1 c. raspberry jam
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix oats, flour, 1 cup sugar, coconut, nuts, butter and brown sugar until crumbly; reserve 1 1/2 cups Pat remaining mixture in ungreased 9x13x2 inch pan. Bale 15 minutes; cool 5 minutes. Spread with jam.

Mix 1/3 cup sugar, egg and cream cheese. Spread carefully over jam. Sprinkle with reserved mixture. Bake until top is golden brown, 25 minutes; cool. Cut into bars.
