BANANA SPLIT CAKE 
graham cracker crust (in 9 x 13 pan; use recipe found on box of graham crumbs)
11 oz. cream cheese
1 can Eagle Brand milk
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 layer sliced bananas
1 layer drained crushed pineapple
1 thick layer Cool Whip
1 layer sliced fresh strawberries
chopped pecans

Mix together cream cheese, Eagle Brand milk and lemon juice; pour over crust. Add layers of other remaining ingredients, sprinkling chopped pecans on top. Refrigerate several hours before serving.
