COCONUT CUSTARD PIE 
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. self-rising flour
2 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/4 stick butter, melted
2/3 c. coconut (canned or packaged)

Blend all ingredients. Pour into greased 9 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
