STRAWBERRY PIZZA 
1ST LAYER:

1 stick butter
1 c. flour (all-purpose)
1/4 c. powdered sugar

MIDDLE LAYER:

1 can Eagle Brand milk
1/3 c. lemon juice
8 oz. cream cheese

TOP LAYER:

2 pts. strawberries
4 tbsp. cornstarch

Melt butter and add sugar and flour. Mix, then pat into pizza pan. Cook 10 minutes or until done (350 degrees).

Cream together ingredients for middle layer. Spread on cookie crust.

Cook strawberries and cornstarch 5 minutes and spread on top. Garnish with whipped cream and fresh strawberries.
