CHICKEN STUFFING BAKE 
1 can cream of chicken soup (or mushroom)
1 c. milk
1 (7 oz.) herb seasoned stuffing mix
2 c. cubed cooked chicken (may use canned)
2 c. cooked broccoli flowerets
1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese

May add celery (2 stalks finely chopped)

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Meanwhile, in large bowl, stir soup until smooth. Gradually stir in milk. Add stuffing mix, chicken, broccoli, celery and 1 cup cheese. Spread into greased 8x12-inch baking dish. Bake approximately 20 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and bake until cheese melts.
