VIENNA BREAD 
1 loaf French or vienna bread
12 oz. Swiss cheese
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. Lawry seasoning salt
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. poppy seed
1/2 lb. butter
1 sm. can mushrooms

Melt butter. Mix in seasoning, onions, poppy seeds and mushrooms. Slice bread (not all the way through). Put slice of cheese in between each slice of bread. Spoon butter mixture over top. Wrap in foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
