1 c. chopped zucchini
1 c. chopped tomato
3/4 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. grated Parmesan
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 c. Bisquick
Morton Nature's Seasoning
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar or Swiss cheese

Grease 9 x 1 1/4 inch pie plate. Layer vegetables and Parmesan in pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients except for the cheese until smooth. Pour into pie plate. Bake 400 degrees 30 minutes. Sprinkle cheese over pie and bake an additional 5 minutes. Let cool 5 minutes.
