SEAFOOD SOUP 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. frozen sole or haddock fillets
1 tbsp. diet Mazola
1 med. onion, chopped
2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans chicken broth
1/4 tsp. thyme leaves
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 bay leaf
16 oz. pkg. Green Giant frozen corn-broccoli
8 oz. frozen, med. size uncooked shrimp, shelled and deveined

Slightly thaw fish; slice into 1 inch pieces. Melt butter; add onion, chicken broth, thyme, cayenne, and bay leaf. Boil. Stir in sole and vegetables. Return to boil. Add shrimp. Simmer 6 minutes. Remove bay leaf. Serves 9.
