ICE CREAM 
3 egg yolks
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. flour
3 cans condensed milk
3 c. water
1/2 c. chocolate syrup

Mix eggs, sugar, salt, flour, vanilla, 1/2 can milk and 1 cup of water (bring to a scald). When thickened, strain and cool (chill remaining milk). When ready to freeze, add rest of milk, water and chocolate; stir well. Enjoy.
