MEXICAN CABBAGE 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 can Ro-tel
1 can tomatoes
2 med. onions
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
2 sm. heads of cabbage
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown ground beef and onions. Drain off fat. Add Ro-tel, tomatoes, Cheddar cheese soup, cabbage, salt and pepper. Simmer for about 1 hour.
