MEXICAN HOT SALAD 
1 lb. ground meat
1 can kidney beans, drained
4 c. chopped lettuce
2 c. sharp cheese, shredded
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. Catalina French dressing, chilled
1 tsp. chili powder
1 fresh tomatoes
1 pkg. Doritos
1 avocado, optional

Brown ground meat. Add onions. Cook until tender, add chili powder. Drain. Combine all other ingredients in a large bowl; toss. Except 1/2 cheese. Add meat mixture. Mix. Spread 1/2 cheese on top. Serves 4-6.
