FORGOTTEN CHICKEN | |
1 (3 to 4 lb.) chicken (cut up) 3 to 4 c. cooked rice 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of celery soup 1 soup can milk 1 soup can water Cover bottom of a greased 12x9 glass baking dish with rice. Sprinkle soup mix evenly over rice. Place chicken pieces on top. Mix together soup, milk and water. Pour evenly over rice and chicken. Place uncovered in 350 degree oven and forget for 1 1/2 hours. |
