FOUR LAYER DESSERT 
CRUST:

1 stick butter
1 c. flour
2 tbsp. granulated sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Mix. Mixture will be crumbly. Pour into 9"x12" pan. Bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cool, then press into bottom of pan.

Mix 1 cup powdered sugar, 8 ounces cream cheese, 1/2 of 9 ounce container Cool Whip. Spread onto crust and cool.

This recipe has omitted the 2 packages of instant pudding (chocolate or butterscotch), 3 cups milk & tsp vanilla which is the 3rd layer and then a final layer of Cool Whip. This is a sinfully good dessert!
